How can an incentives program benefit my organization?

This helps them make faster progress and build confidence as they gain momentum by taking more actions, more often. This results in stronger outcomes that improve your program metrics and support your funding.
You’ll also gain a deeper connection to your learners — you’ll know more about their experience and can refine your services based on real-time activity data collected on the app. This data also lightens your administrative load, as you won’t have to spend valuable time tracking it down.
What kind of organizations does PIPs Rewards work with?
PIPs Rewards improves outcomes for schools, colleges, community centers, skills training organizations, apprenticeship programs and other organizations that help people achieve their educational and career goals and improve their economic mobility and well-being.
How much work will be required of me?
We know time and funding is scarce. That’s why we’ve designed PIPs Rewards to require as little work from you as possible, with no IT set-up required. We help design, support, and manage your PIPs Rewards community. If you have questions along the way, our support team is always here for you support@pipsrewards.org.
How much will the program cost?
The costs of having a PIPs Rewards community on our platform are a set-up fee, annual fees based on the number of people in your cohort(s), and the costs of the rewards that your learners earn. If your organization does not have the funds to have a PIPs Rewards community, we will discuss how we can still work with you. We are a nonprofit organization with a commitment to equity and access.

Our team combines technology and design expertise with deep understanding through experience as both clients and managers of front-line organizations helping people get quality jobs and education so they can be financially secure. We leverage our relationships and networks to organizations that typically operate on bare-bones budgets. We want our platform to provide delight, and are serious about doing good work that will make a difference.
